YoungCapital brings promising talents and companies together. The company first was called StudentenWerk and wanted to draw attention to the new name and the new story (not only students, but especially young professionals). The campaign is based on the 'capital' of the new generation as well as the fast digital method of this young organization.(Developed at Kumpany)
With this complete rebranding of logo, corporate identity, photography, interior design for YC headquarters and a new brand story YoungCapital could position themself as a serious player in the employment market. This campaign served as the foundation for the recruitment campaign that was developed later.
